Keep it for two secs and then slowly land your trunk back to the initial position. Repeat it 8 to 15 times in the start and then attempt to use this drill 25 times in one set.

d) Wall Squat

Stand erect with your spinal cord against the wall. Now, softly propel your body downwards as the seating posture. Keep your back still against the wall. Keep this posture for 20 secs and then gently move upwards holding your back against the wall. Do it 7 to 10 times in the start and then try to do this exercise 25 times in one set.
